- Schedule and coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and logistics across multiple time zones

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a 24/7 or shift-based environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
