Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume email correspondence and data entry with 100% accuracy.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports, invoices, and internal memos.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for the department.
- Assist with light bookkeeping and expense reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the department during night hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a 3rd shift schedule.
