Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and maintain accurate customer and transaction data in proprietary systems
- Process nightly reports and reconcile discrepancies with 99.5% accuracy
- Manage confidential documents with strict adherence to HIPAA/GDPR protocols
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication during overnight hours
- Perform quality assurance checks on data batches before daily handover
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified data entry experience with 8,000+ keystrokes per minute
