Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
- Communication: Answer and direct phone calls efficiently; screen and relay messages accurately.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, handle correspondence, and perform basic data entry.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage meeting rooms and calendar appointments for internal teams.
- Client Relations: Assist visitors with directions and provide general information about our services.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
