Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and routing incoming calls professionally.
- Handle and distribute incoming mail, packages, and emails with high attention to detail.
- Assist in maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems for the department.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all records are up-to-date and error-free.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare necessary materials for presentations.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure operations run smoothly.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
