Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phones with a professional demeanor.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the executive calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and distribute internal memos efficiently.
- Order and inventory office supplies to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
- Prepare meeting rooms and handle incoming mail/packages with accuracy.
- Support other administrative staff with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (1-2 years minimum) in an office administration or front desk role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy office setting.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
