Responsibilities
- Manage daily office calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Process and maintain confidential documents with strict attention to detail
- Assist with payroll processing and expense report submissions
- Support HR functions including onboarding and record management
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
- Prepare professional correspondence and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
