Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with precision
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility coordination
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with polished communication
- Implement digital filing systems and maintain accurate record-keeping protocols
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for executive team
- Support cross-functional projects with data entry and documentation assistance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience in professional services environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing deadlines in high-pressure situations
