Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements for department heads
- Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain financial records with precision
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Support project coordination through document preparation, data entry, and report generation
- Assist with onboarding processes for new team members and orientation materials
- Implement organizational systems to streamline administrative workflows
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (3+ years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling tools (Calendly, Doodle) and calendar management
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to exercise independent judgment
