Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the executive calendar, scheduling meetings, and managing travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, memos, and other documents.
- Screen and route incoming calls, emails, and mail; respond to general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and basic accounting tasks.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and facility maintenance requests.
- Perform general clerical duties to support the daily operations of the office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
