Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex scheduling, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents, reports, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee office inventory, procurement processes, and vendor relationships for supplies and equipment
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external communications including phone, email, and visitor management
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conference logistics including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure compliance with record-keeping protocols
- Support department heads with ad-hoc projects including data analysis and presentation preparation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a professional office environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished professional demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with office management systems and digital document management
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
