- Author quarterly '2026 Horizon Reports' with data-backed predictions and strategic recommendations
- Manage a global team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Represent the company at global future-focused forums and conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published author or thought leader in futurism/innovation space
