- Prototype and validate next-generation solutions with stakeholder feedback loops
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment
- Present strategic futures to executive leadership and investor boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS) or Design Thinking methodologies
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy or foresight publications
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ implemented future-focused initiatives
