Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into product development pipelines
- Deliver executive-level briefings and thought leadership presentations on future trajectories
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFSD, CPSM)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems in tech or Fortune 500 environments
