Responsibilities

- Advocate for ethical AI standards internally and represent the company in industry coalitions
- Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes and adapt compliance strategies proactively
- Train stakeholders on ethical AI practices and responsible deployment guidelines
- Author transparency reports and communicate AI ethics initiatives to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in AI governance, ethics, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
- Experience with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Strong communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Publications or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible AI domains
