Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems optimized for enterprise scalability.
- Define the technical roadmap for AGI readiness, ensuring our infrastructure is robust, secure, and future-proof.
- Lead a high-performance team of researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Establish rigorous ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate AI solutions into complex product ecosystems.
- Drive the evaluation and selection of proprietary training datasets to enhance model accuracy and fairness.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in deep learning, NLP, and transformer architectures.
- Proven track record of designing scalable systems for high-traffic applications.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of LLM fine-tuning, RLHF, and prompt engineering methodologies.
