Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable LLM Infrastructure: Design and implement robust, distributed systems for training and deploying large-scale language models and multimodal AI agents.
- Research & Innovation: Lead R&D initiatives exploring cutting-edge techniques such as reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) and memory-augmented neural networks.
- Model Alignment & Safety: Develop and implement safety guardrails to ensure AI outputs adhere to ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference latency and throughput to ensure real-time user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- Research Prowess: Strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or significant open-source contributions.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate complex research concepts into practical architectural solutions.
