Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Agentic AI Workflows that automate complex enterprise processes.
- Lead the architectural vision for Neural Interface integration and edge computing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into production-ready code.
- Optimize model inference latency and ensure high availability for mission-critical AI systems.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage in 2026.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Experience with Vector Databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing implications for future algorithm design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
