Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones and directing calls to appropriate departments.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and meeting materials.
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Order and restock office supplies to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
- Support the event coordination team for local business networking events.
- Perform light research and assist in compiling monthly analytics reports.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or recent graduate (16 years of age or older).
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix office.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new administrative procedures.
- Ability to work part-time hours (approx. 15-20 hours per week).
