Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors professionally, answer multi-line phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Office Manager with filing, data entry, and maintaining digital records using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and place orders for office supplies to ensure the workspace is always stocked.
- Scheduling: Help coordinate meeting rooms, manage calendars for senior staff, and schedule appointments.
- Communication: Draft and proofread emails, memos, and internal newsletters.
- Event Coordination: Assist in preparing for company events and client meetings, including setup and breakdown.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School or pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with social media platforms.
