Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients warmly, manage the reception area, and answer incoming phone calls with a professional tone.

- Communication: Draft simple emails, take accurate meeting minutes, and relay messages between departments.

- Event Coordination: Help prepare conference rooms for meetings and assist with basic event setup (e.g., ordering lunch, setting up chairs).
