Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology adoption, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct market trend analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities
- Develop and present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Marketing) to execute pilot programs
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, universities, and research institutions
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech-driven industries
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR) and their commercial applications
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolio valuation
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Design Thinking, Agile, or Lean Startup methodology
- Experience with global market expansion and regulatory landscape navigation
