Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Greet visitors, screen appointments, and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate office calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain organized filing systems and office supplies inventory
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, document preparation)

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
