Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and clients.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls with exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages to ensure timely delivery to departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing faxes and perform basic data entry tasks with high accuracy.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar for executives.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide general administrative support and assist visitors with directions or inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
