Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impacts through rigorous research and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing solutions with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members using data-driven visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough innovations
- Author white papers and thought leadership on the future of work and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in tech or futurism journals/conferences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
