Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify 2026-relevant technological disruptions across 15+ industries
- Develop predictive models using proprietary AI-powered trend analysis platforms
- Architect strategic roadmaps for quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product development cycles
- Present findings to Fortune 500 clients through immersive scenario-planning workshops
- Author white papers on metaverse governance and neurotech ethics for industry summits
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused innovations (patents/IP preferred)
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech adaptation frameworks
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Experience leading enterprise-level transformation for Fortune 100 clients
- Presentation skills for executive audiences at Davos, CES, or similar forums
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF/SFPS preferred)
