Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation vision through horizon-scanning methodologies and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Develop strategic frameworks for market entry and competitive positioning in nascent sectors
- Present insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards through compelling narratives
- Oversee incubation of moonshot projects with $10M+ innovation budgets
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at premier tech conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published author or frequent speaker at Davos, SXSW, or similar forums
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
