As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and external partners to identify paradigm-shifting technologies. You'll translate complex market signals into competitive advantages while ensuring our ecosystem remains resilient against disruptive forces.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to map industry disruption vectors for 2026-2030
- Author quarterly strategic briefings on exponential technology adoption curves
- Interface with venture capital and academic partners to scout emerging innovations
- Design cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting $1B+ market opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological preparedness and innovation maturity
- Present executive-level technology roadmaps to board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism/foresight roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Studies)
- Published thought leadership on technology adoption patterns
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
