Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological trends, scientific breakthroughs, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains including quantum AI, neurotech interfaces, and climate-tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with 2026 market demands
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future-shaping force
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academic institutions, and innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfaces
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities using tools like Foresight Platform or Gartner tools
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
