- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable insights for global stakeholders
- Design and implement AI-powered forecasting models for industry evolution
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
