Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies, sociocultural shifts, and geopolitical trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deliver executive-level briefings on future scenarios and risk assessments
- Design innovation roadmaps for sustainable competitive advantage
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product development
- Publish thought leadership in industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future strategy implementations
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi techniques
