Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using data-driven trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies
- Produce quarterly horizon-scanning reports on AI, biotech, and climate innovations
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-proof business models
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought partners
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformation
