Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging technological paradigms
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic signals affecting long-term business resilience
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing trend-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or strategy documents
