Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Author quarterly Horizon Reports on emerging tech disruptions and societal shifts
- Facilitate C-level strategy workshops with Fortune 500 executives in emerging tech verticals
- Manage a portfolio of 3-5 moonshot innovation projects with $2M+ annual budgets
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with demonstrable impact on 2020+ tech trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, climate tech, or human augmentation topics
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Portfolio of successful 5-year predictions with 85%+ accuracy rate
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP-V, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Proficiency in data visualization for complex systems (Tableau, D3.js)
