Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future intelligence into corporate strategy
- Curate and maintain a global ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and long-term resilience
- Oversee the incubation of moonshot projects with potential to redefine market paradigms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, ACFS) required
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks across global organizations
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and environmental megatrends
