Responsibilities
- Forecast global technology and market trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive industry transformations
- Advise executive team on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops for stakeholders worldwide
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy/innovation with proven tech forecasting experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, etc.)
