Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI governance, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports for board-level decision support
- Manage proprietary foresight methodologies including Delphi panels and AI trend modeling
- Advolve on emerging tech regulatory landscapes and ethical implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with futurist applications
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bioengineering, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership on future-oriented topics
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, or proprietary platforms)
