Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ technological and societal trends
- Lead scenario planning and foresight initiatives to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate emerging technologies into core business strategies
- Deliver executive-level presentations on future trends and strategic implications
- Establish and maintain relationships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs
- Drive organizational culture shift toward anticipatory innovation and adaptive strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future-facing topics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their business applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformation initiatives
- Strong presentation and communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation strategy implementations
- Deep understanding of global megatrends affecting business landscapes post-2025
