Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans with 3-5 year horizons for enterprise innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate prototyping and validation
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future concepts into pilot programs
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
