Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-ready initiatives
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent Innovatech at global futurist forums and conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (required)
- Global network of futurists and industry experts (strongly preferred)
