Responsibilities
- Forecast technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026 using proprietary analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with client business objectives and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product and service strategies
- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers on emerging paradigms for executive audiences
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify future market opportunities and risk assessments using predictive modeling
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide foresight culture
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
