Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions relevant to 2026-2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite executives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating complex future-vision projects
