Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) to map 5-10 year industry disruption scenarios
- Design and lead corporate foresight initiatives using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and Delphi methodology
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies into enterprise transformation plans
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions addressing climate, healthcare, and infrastructure challenges
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and boards through compelling data visualizations and narrative frameworks
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications on the societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in corporate innovation, strategic foresight, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience building cross-functional teams across global organizations
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of foresight-driven strategies
