Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate adaptation)
- Produce annual Future State reports with predictive models for industry disruption
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and human-AI collaboration systems
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for pilot programs
- Mentor junior futurists and establish thought leadership through white papers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation consulting or corporate strategy with tech focus
- Expertise in horizon scanning and emerging technology assessment
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise transformation projects
- Knowledge of SDGs and ESG frameworks for sustainable futures
