- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-concept solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation priorities
- Author trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Identify and secure partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Drive adoption of agile futures-thinking methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
