Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) to define 2026 innovation priorities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-generation product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive technologies
- Establish partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Secure innovation funding and manage R&D budgets for future initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in future-trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Strong understanding of AI, blockchain, and quantum computing landscapes
- Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
