Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, distributed AI systems for the Project 2026 initiative.
- Define and implement best practices for machine learning pipelines, data governance, and model deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into advanced technical solutions.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to enhance model efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance tuning for high-volume production environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum computing and neural network architecture.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing scalable distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GANs, RNNs).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant plus.
