Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market forecasts and business objectives
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for long-term technology planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-oriented products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across geographies and disciplines
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation (patents, white papers, speaking engagements)
