- Conduct horizon scanning to detect paradigm-shifting innovations and competitive disruption vectors
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible innovation and regulatory compliance

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation cycles

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years in strategic technology planning
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI ethics, or emerging technology commercialization
