- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with product teams to translate future tech concepts into viable offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
- Manage $5M+ annual technology innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in launching future-focused tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
